The aim of this website is to provide a basic guide to Pattaya. It is by no means a comprehensive guide and should only be used to start along your road to discovering the pleasures of Pattaya and all it has to offer. I hope it will develop into a valuable and unique resource.

The author first discovered Thailand in 1989 and has travelled there 15 times since that time. Thirteen of these trips have been since March 2006 when I found Pattaya. My work schedule has allowed me to spend a significant amount of time there over intervening period.

The knowledge presented here has come from a combination of my own experiences, those of my friends and from Pattaya-based forums.
